At Ulorra, we aim to make the ordering and delivery process as seamless as possible. If you have any questions or issues, our customer service team is here to help.
Free Shipping (No Hidden Costs)
We cover all shipping costs for every order. All products are delivered 100% free no minimum order value required.
Order Processing & Cutoff Times
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation.
- Same‑day processing cutoff: 17:00 local business time. Orders placed after that, or on weekends or public holidays, may be processed the next business day.
- After processing, your order is shipped out usually with a tracking number.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code and a link to follow your delivery.
You can also view tracking updates from your account on our site.
Lost, Undelivered, or Returned Packages
- If a package is lost or undelivered, notify us within 60 days of shipment. We will attempt to reship before offering a full refund.
- If a package is returned to us (e.g. refused or not collected), we reserve the right to deduct a handling fee (e.g. USD 15) from the refund.
- If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Remote Areas & Exceptions
Some remote or hard-to-reach addresses might experience longer delivery times. If we can’t fulfill an order to your address, we will offer a refund or alternative arrangement.
